Gemalune specializes in natural stone and crystal jewelry, including necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and other accessories.

Are your stones and crystals natural?

Our jewelry features natural stones and crystals as described on each product page. Natural variations in color, pattern, clarity, texture, and size are expected and make each piece unique.

Will my jewelry look exactly like the photos?

Because natural stones and crystals are formed by nature, variations may occur. Lighting and screen settings may also affect appearance. These natural differences are not considered defects.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, cosmetics, and harsh chemicals. Store it separately in a dry place and wipe it gently with a soft cloth after wearing.

Where are orders shipped from?

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China. We process orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Transit time is additional.

Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?

We ship to destinations available at checkout, including the United States. Standard shipping is US$5.00 and express shipping is US$15.00. Available services and the final charge for your address are shown before you pay. Transit time depends on your destination and the selected service.

Do I need to pay customs duties?

Customs duties are included in your order total. You do not need to pay customs duties separately on delivery. If a carrier requests a customs duty payment, contact us with your order number and a copy of the request.
