Order processing
We process orders within 2 business days after payment is confirmed, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing time is separate from the time your parcel spends in transit.
Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Jiaxing, Zhejiang, China.
Shipping destinations and rates
We ship to destinations available at checkout, including the United States. Our current shipping rates are:
- Standard shipping: US$5.00.
- Express shipping: US$15.00.
The available services and final shipping charge for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.
Delivery times
Transit time depends on your destination and the shipping service selected. Any delivery estimate shown at checkout is an estimate, not a guaranteed arrival date. If no estimate is available, contact us before ordering if you need your jewelry by a particular date.
Customs clearance, public holidays, weather, and carrier delays can affect delivery. The 2-business-day processing period is not a delivery guarantee.
Customs duties
Customs duties are included in your order total. You do not need to pay customs duties separately on delivery.
If a carrier asks you to pay customs duties, contact gemalune@hotmail.com with your order number and a copy of the request so we can help resolve it.
Tracking and delivery details
Once your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the carrier receives your parcel.
Please check your delivery address and contact details before ordering. If you spot an error, email us as soon as possible. We may be unable to change an address once an order has shipped.
Delivery problems and returns
If your parcel is delayed, missing, damaged, or contains the wrong item, email gemalune@hotmail.com with your order number. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos of the item and packaging.
You may request an eligible return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Please read our Returns and Refund Policy for conditions, return shipping costs, and instructions.
